  17. Sup Dogs: on Franklin Street. The Sup Dog Combo *Note to Self: Double the Dog. Try this homemade 16-ingredient chili simmered for over 6 hours atop a locally distributed all-beef Smithfield hot dog in a warm-steamy bun & topped with sup dog sauce. The chili dog perfected! $4.99
  18. Time Out: is open 24 hours a day at 201 East Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. Try the Pulled Pork Barbecue which includes two sides and a biscuit or cornbread - $9.99.
