Commuter Alternative Program (CAP)
CAP registration for 2020-21 is now open.
Park-and-Ride permits will be virtual (no hangtags).
Chapel Hill Transit Updates
Chapel Hill Transit route changes, effective August 3
Park-and-Ride lots
NC Hwy 54 (now “Friday Center South”) will offer direct bus service to the Student Union with new S Route.
Carrboro Plaza and Hedrick Lot have been discontinued.
Adjustments for COVID-19
Facial coverings are required to ride transit.
Chapel Hill Transit will run a reduced version of the regular weekday service.
GoTriangle
Fare collection suspended
GoPass eligibility expanded to include Chapel Hill/Carrboro commuters served by GoTriangle
