Tar Heel Citizen Times

The Tar Heel Citizen Times is a monthly e-newsletter produced in partnership with the Town of Chapel Hill's Planning Department. The THCT is distributed to approximately 24,000 off-campus students via email, and contains timely information about living off campus, safety and security issues, the history of community neighborhoods, upcoming events, and volunteer and internship opportunities in the community.
