Landlords & Property Managers

We value communication and relationship building with landlords and property managers who rent to Carolina's students, faculty, and staff. The Office of Off-Campus Student Life will not refer students, faculty or staff to any particular property. When asked about finding housing off-campus we refer everyone to UNC-CH Off-Campus Housing. When we talk to folks about what they are looking for in off-campus housing, we may speak about properties that meet their needs but we do not tell anyone where they should live.
